How the Dashboard Is Organised
Each website contains surveys and groups their results.
- Websites — Top-level containers. Add each site or product you're researching.
- Surveys — Live inside a website. Each survey uses one of the six component types.
- Insights — Aggregated per website. See patterns across multiple surveys in one view.
What You Can Manage
Create and Manage Surveys
- Create new surveys with a guided setup wizard
- Edit titles, questions, options, respondent details, session data, and completion messages
- Copy the survey public key and embed instructions
- Delete surveys with clear confirmation
- Stop showing a survey by removing or disabling its embed in your website or app code
View Response Analytics
- Response tracking as submissions arrive
- Visual charts and graphs for quick insights
- Recent response views and date filtering on Free
- Planned paid features: Response Data filtering, segmentation, and exports
Embed Surveys
- Copy-paste embed codes for any framework
- Framework-specific snippets (React + Next.js, Vue + Nuxt, Angular, Svelte, Astro, Vanilla JS)
Account Settings
- Profile and password management
- Free-plan usage and response-cap visibility
- The monthly Free response allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month
- Free remains active without an expiry date; billing and checkout are not available in the current customer interface
Survey Types
Choose from six survey types:

| OpenFeedback | Collect open-ended feedback in users' own words |
| Reaction | Test content with three built-in reaction sets: expressive faces, thumbs up/down, or a heart |
