Canceling deletes your SenseFolks account. Download anything you want to keep before confirming. Only the Free plan is available, so there are no charges to refund.

How to cancel your account
Only the account owner can cancel:
- Click Your Name on the top right of the screen
- Choose Accounts from the dropdown
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm account deletion
What happens after cancellation?
Your account, websites, surveys, and insights become inaccessible immediately.
We'll permanently delete the content in your account from our servers 30 days after cancellation, and from our backups within 60 days.
If you change your mind, act within 30 days of cancellation. We cannot retrieve a single account's content from backups.
Content and data can't be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.
SenseFolks-initiated cancellations
The Free plan does not expire. We do not cancel inactive accounts. Your account stays free unless you choose to upgrade when paid plans launch.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we have evidence that it violates the law or our use restrictions, abuses the service, or creates a security or reliability risk. Our Terms of Service explain these limits.
Refunds
The Free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund. SenseFolks does not currently provide checkout, collect payments, or offer paid subscriptions.
We will publish billing, cancellation, and refund terms before paid upgrades launch, so you can review them before upgrading.
