Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your SenseFolks account yourself. Canceling deletes the account, so download anything you want to keep before you confirm.
SenseFolks currently offers the Free plan only. It has no charges and nothing to refund. We will publish separate billing and refund terms before paid upgrades become available.

How to cancel your account
Only an account owner can cancel an account. Follow these steps:
- Click Your Name on the top right of the screen
- Choose Accounts from the dropdown
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm account deletion
What happens after cancellation?
You won't be able to access your account once you cancel, so make sure you download everything you want to keep beforehand. Your websites, surveys, and insights data will become inaccessible immediately.
We'll permanently delete the content in your account from our servers 30 days after cancellation, and from our backups within 60 days.
Retrieving content for a single account from a backup isn't possible, so if you change your mind you'll need to do it within the first 30 days after cancellation.
Content and data can't be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.
SenseFolks-initiated cancellations
The Free plan does not expire, and we do not cancel an account because it has been inactive. It remains free unless you choose to upgrade when paid plans become available.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we have evidence that it violates the law or our use restrictions, abuses the service, or creates a security or reliability risk. Our Terms of Service explain these limits.
Refunds
The Free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund. SenseFolks does not currently provide checkout, collect payments, or offer paid subscriptions.
We will publish paid-plan cancellation and refund rules before paid upgrades become available. You will be able to review those rules before choosing to upgrade.
