Embed a Survey

Add a SenseFolks survey to your website or application using a simple HTML snippet. Works with any framework or static site.

Steps to Embed a Survey

  1. Get Your Survey Key

    Find the survey key (UUID) in your dashboard under the survey settings or Embed tab

  2. Add the Script Tag

    Include the component script in your HTML head or before the closing body tag:

    <script type="module" src="https://unpkg.com/@sensefolks/fastpoll"></script>
  3. Add the Component

    Place the survey component where you want it to appear:

    html 
    <sf-fastpoll survey-key="your-survey-uuid"></sf-fastpoll>
