SenseFolks is software developed by Projckt, India.
We conduct hiring by email only. When you apply for a role, we store your application in Google Workspace, our email service provider.
We use candidate data only to select people for roles. Access is limited to Projckt employees involved in that selection.
What applicant information we collect
For hiring, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, country of residence, and phone number.
- Application documents, including a cover letter and CV or resume.
- Work completed during selection, including skills assessments or sample projects.
- Internal notes about your application and interviews.
- Your answers to questions in the application.
- Contact details for references, if we conduct reference checks.
Where we store applicant information
We keep application emails and information from later selection stages in Google Workspace. You can read how Google handles personal information in its Privacy Policy.
How long we keep applicant information
We store applicant data until the open position has been filled. If you reach the interview stage, we may keep your records for up to two years so we can consider you if the role reopens or a similar role becomes available.
We do not accept unsolicited applications. If we receive one, we delete the application and the personal information it contains.
Why we process applicant information
Our recruitment privacy practices comply with GDPR. We collect and keep this information because we have a legitimate interest in hiring for an open position and need information from people who apply.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, or delete your applicant data at any time. Email [email protected]. The rights in our Privacy Policy also apply to candidate data.
If you are in the EU, you can find the relevant authority for a GDPR complaint on the European Data Protection Board website.
