SenseFolks is software developed by Projckt, India.
We hire by email only and store applications in Google Workspace, our email provider.
We use applicant data only for hiring. Only Projckt employees involved in selection can access it.
What applicant information we collect
We may collect:
- Your name, email address, country of residence, and phone number.
- Application documents, including a cover letter and CV or resume.
- Work completed during selection, including skills assessments or sample projects.
- Internal notes about your application and interviews.
- Your answers to questions in the application.
- Contact details for references, if we conduct reference checks.
Where we store applicant information
Application emails and later selection records stay in Google Workspace. See Google's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep applicant information
We keep applicant data until the role is filled. If you reach the interview stage, we may keep records for up to two years to consider you for reopened or similar roles.
We do not accept unsolicited applications. We delete them and the personal information they contain.
Why we process applicant information
Our recruitment practices comply with GDPR. We collect and retain applicant information for our legitimate interest in filling open roles.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, or delete your applicant data at any time. Email [email protected]. The rights in our Privacy Policy also apply to candidate data.
