This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) describes how Projckt processes personal data on behalf of customers under GDPR.

Scope

The DPA applies when customers use SenseFolks to collect and process personal data through websites, surveys, and insight workflows.

Our commitments

• Process customer data only on documented customer instructions.

• Apply technical and organizational security measures.

• Use vetted processors and subprocessors with appropriate contractual safeguards.

• Support customer requests related to GDPR rights where applicable.

International transfers

Where cross-border transfers are required, we apply appropriate contractual safeguards and processor obligations consistent with GDPR requirements.
