This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) describes how Projcktprocesses personal data on behalf of SenseFolks customers under GDPR.
Scope
This DPA covers personal data collected and processed through SenseFolkswebsites, surveys, and insights.
Our commitments
Process customer data only on documented customer instructions.
Apply technical and organizational security measures.
Use vetted processors and subprocessors with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Support customer requests related to GDPR rights where applicable.
International transfers
Where cross-border transfers are required, we apply appropriate contractual safeguards and processor obligations consistent with GDPR requirements.
