California Privacy Notice (CCPA)

This notice applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CCPA"). It provides the required additional disclosures. We offer the same information and rights to other users in our Privacy Policy.
This notice does not cover information collected from employees or job applicants in those roles; separate policies describe those practices.
Information we collect, use, and disclose
For every category below, we may disclose information to affiliated entities, service providers, and entities for legal purposes.

- Contact information, such as your full name, phone number, and email address.
- Customer service interactions, including optional surveys and requests for help.
- Product interaction information.
- Professional or employment information, such as your employer's name and address, and your title.
- Other information you choose to provide, including optional profile photos.

Your choices about sharing and selling
You may opt out of selling or sharing personal information for online analytics and advertising. We do not sell or share data as defined by the CCPA, and have not done so in the 12 months preceding this policy's effective date.
Other CCPA rights
If we offer financial incentives for personal information, we will disclose the relevant terms.
The CCPA lets you limit use or disclosure of "sensitive personal information" (as defined in the CCPA) for certain purposes. We use or disclose it only for business purposes that are not subject to this opt-out right.

Shine the Light disclosure
California's "Shine the Light" law lets residents, in certain circumstances, request details about disclosures of specified personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not currently disclose personal information for third parties' own direct marketing.
